  I have been going to this dental office for several years now. I would say everyone is friendly for the most part, but I have had some bad experiences. The wait between being seated for procedures and actually being prepped can take a while. I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences when a rude employee obviously didn't want to answer any of my questions about a bill I received from them. Ive always paid my debts, I just needed a thorough explanation. The employee was not patient and acted like I was causing an issue and blaming her. Unprofessional! Not going back!
