  I was a patient for 1.5 yrs. and will NEVER GO BACK! The staff/receptionist is very rude on the phone & in person. Dentist chairs & rooms are not clean. Suction tools are not wrapped or clean. Dr. Gaines did not not see I had a leaking crown or need for a repaired filling. Anther dentist didn't even know how to correctly place a filling so I had to go back a week later for Dr. Gaines to repair the issue... but it still wasn't correct. As long as u have an appt., the wait times are not bad at all. The hygeniest tried to tell me I had gingivitis but I keep my teeth clean & a second dentist said my gums & teeth are very healthy. They will not send your files/folder/X-rays to another office. They say they will but never email them. Even at the other offices request by phone.
